Pricing Architecture & Tier Commitment Rules

1. Platform Fee & Telephony Carriage (Volume-Discounted): The rates below (₹2.40 down to ₹1.20 / min) represent our combined platform orchestration and carrier telephony carriage. Only these rates reduce as your monthly committed volume increases (and telephony carriage drops to ₹0 if you Bring Your Own Trunk / BYOT).

2. AI Models (ASR, LLM & TTS): Speech-to-Text (ASR), Large Language Models (LLM), and Text-to-Speech (TTS) rates do not reduce with plan tiers. AI rates vary depending entirely on which providers and models you select (e.g., Sarvam, Deepgram, Soniox, OpenAI, Gemini, ElevenLabs) and are billed dynamically based on actual usage (~₹3-4/min).

3. Upfront Recharge & Downgrade Protection: Tiers require an upfront advance wallet recharge of the tier's monthly commitment. Once active, if you consume your wallet balance mid-month and top up smaller amounts (e.g. ₹1,000 or ₹2,000), you will never be downgraded—your discounted tier and channel concurrency remain fully protected for your entire 30-day billing cycle.

4. Expiry Email Alerts & Cycle Closeout: Automated email notifications are sent at 10, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 days before cycle end to remind you of unconsumed minutes. Commitment consumption is calculated strictly on base Platform Fee and Telephony Carriage. Any unconsumed commitment shortfall is settled upon 30-day cycle expiration.
